Product Description

Mousse cooking machine
The traditional method of cooking mousse is heating the ingredients with induction cookers 
or pots first. The cheese products even need additional homogenizer or homogenization by 
hand. After cooking, the labors need to cool the raw materials into 35℃ by freezer or naturally, 
then to mix them with whipped cream (by manual work or by equipment). Using Spreadto Cooking Machine, a collection with heating, quick cooling, homogenizing and mixing functions in one of the equipment, simplifies the procedures and saves manpower.
